Today’s graduate shout-out is for two girls who have been such a huge part of K2 for as long as many of us can remember – Harriet and Chloe. Both girls joined us as preschoolers and have quite literally grown up in our studios. Over the years they’ve trained across so many different styles, worked incredibly hard, supported one another through every challenge and celebration, and achieved so much together. They’ve often danced side by side, making them a partnership that has become such a familiar part of K2.As they’ve got older, they’ve become so much more than pupils. Whether they’ve been helping in classes, encouraging our younger dancers, or simply leading by example, they’ve both had such a positive influence on the children coming through behind them. They’re the kind of role models every dance school hopes to have.Their commitment over the years has been second to none, and everything they’ve achieved has been thoroughly deserved. They’ve represented K2 beautifully, worked tirelessly across so many genres, and have created memories that we’ll all treasure.Although this week has marked Harriet’s final day as a K2 pupil before she heads off to university, we’re lucky that she’ll still be around a little longer in a teaching role. Chloe, we can’t wait to see what this next chapter has in store for you too – we know you’ll take everything you’ve learned here into whatever comes next.Thank you both for the years of laughter, hard work, friendship and unforgettable performances (and we even found a costume or 2 that Chloe liked!). You’ve each left your own mark on K2, and it won’t be the same without you.Best of luck for everything your future holds - and remember to keep dancing! You will both be missed. This time of year is always a little emotional. As another summer comes to an end, we’re saying goodbye to some of our dancers as they head off to university in September.Our first graduate shout-out has to go to Juliette.Juliette first joined K2 back in 2013 as one of our tiny cheerleaders, and it’s hard to believe how quickly the years have gone. Watching her grow up in the studio has been such a privilege. Contemporary has always been where she’s been happiest, and seeing that passion shine through in her dancing, right through to our Mini Showcase this summer, has been so lovely to watch.People see the performances, medals and costumes, but what means the most is getting to watch these children grow into kind, confident young adults. To have been a small part of Juliette’s journey over the last 13 years is something we’ll always be grateful for.Juliette, we’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see what university life brings. Enjoy every minute of this next chapter – you’ve got so much ahead of you.Just remember, K2 will always be here.
